Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
Manage multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and mandates
Develop project plans, schedules, and governance frameworks
Handle budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication
Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of project management experience (complex environments)
Strong leadership of matrixed teams without direct authority
Experience with project plans, risk management, and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with MS Project or similar tools
Experience in Medicaid, SNAP, etc.
Federal/state program or grant-based project experience
PMP certification or equivalent
