We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in supporting IT projects and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing system integrations and data flows, and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role involves facilitating meetings and workshops, supporting enterprise system implementations or modernization efforts, and working closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. The candidate will also create process models and documentation using standard tools to support project execution and communication.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT projects or enterprise systems
- Experience analyzing system integrations and data flows between applications
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
- Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong experience with system integrations, APIs, and data exchange across enterprise systems
- Experience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO)
- Experience working on enterprise IT system implementations or modernization initiatives
- Hands-on experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise system environments
- Proficiency in documentation and process modeling tools
