Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex health & human services program implementations. This role manages cross-functional teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives projects from planning through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and mandates
- Develop project plans, schedules, and governance frameworks
- Handle budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication
- Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting
- 5 years of project management experience (complex environments)
- Strong leadership of matrixed teams without direct authority
- Experience with project plans, risk management, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with MS Project or similar tools
- Experience in Medicaid, SNAP, etc.
- Federal/state program or grant-based project experience
- PMP certification or equivalent
