Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily tasks such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Aid in mobility and lifting for those in need
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary requirements are met
- Administer medication reminders
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals
- Support individuals with autism or other special needs in their daily routines
Experience
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with working in diverse care settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or memory care units
- Knowledge of best practices in personal care assistance
