We are hiring for the following positions:
- Hotel Front Office Agent
Job Purpose: Registers and provides service to hotel guests
- Call Center Agent/ PBX Operator
Job Purpose: Responds to and directs incoming calls from internal and external guests regarding hotel reservations, golf resort reservations, restaurant reservations, and general casino information, while providing superior guest service.
- Guest Experience Supervisor
Job Purpose: The Guest Experience Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction within the Guest Experience department. They are responsible for supervising the Guest Experience team, managing guest relations, and aiding the Guest Experience Manager in daily activities.
