What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hostess/Host position at SY KITCHEN?
We are looking for a friendly host that is comfortable in a fast paced environment. This is an entry level position. Ideal candidate is someone who enjoys customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Manage our waitlist on busy nights
· Call and message guests when their table is ready
· Be able to articulate current specials and new items to the menu
· Take phone and walk up orders
· Clean at the end of the night
Requirements
· Minimal work experience
· Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts
· Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
· Great time management experience
· Reliable
· Strong communication skills
Pay: From $16.90 per hour
