Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the seating process efficiently, wait times, and table availability.
- Maintain clean and organize, ensure menus, waitlists, and other materials are readily available.
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables efficiently while being attentive to guest needs and timing.
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area throughout service hours by ensuring floors are free of debris.
- Work with servers, to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Serve drinks and refills for customers.Keep server stations and bussing stations well-stocked with clean glassware, utensils, and other necessary supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service abilities with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends , as required by the restaurant's schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
