Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Help Desk Analyst III to support a high-visibility digital product support environment. This role will serve as a dedicated DSS support resource responsible for resolving incoming technical cases quickly and accurately while supporting critical systems used across operations. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, networking knowledge, Windows administration experience, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming DSS support cases with urgency and accuracy.
- Provide weekend hotline support coverage and respond to escalations.
- Complete DSS password resets, ECM allocations, and blackbox conversions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system access issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions.
- Review logs and analyze datasets to identify recurring issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and leadership to resolve escalated tickets.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the help desk function.
