Job Title: Operations Integration Project Manager

Contract Duration - 18 months/W2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Integration Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, including M&A integrations, quality remediations, process improvements, and system implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder communication, and change management skills, with the ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A integration plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute integration activities and achieve business objectives.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure timely completion of action items.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Manage project execution, budgets, and deliverable quality.
• Support change management, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance to project team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of cross-functional project management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from planning through execution.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal project management training or certification, such as PMP.
• Experience with M&A integrations, operational transitions, process improvements, or system implementations.
• Strong change management and conflict resolution skills.

Travel: Up to 20%.
