Our client is hiring a hands-on technical specialist to support device operations and creative production workflows. This role focuses on device management, troubleshooting, and capturing on-device content used in marketing and media projects.
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $35/hour
Duration: 3-month contract (with potential to extend and convert)
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain a device lab (setup, tracking, updates)
- Capture screenshots and on-device video for production use
- Provide technical support to creative and production teams
- Troubleshoot devices and ensure everything is production-ready
- Support teams during high-priority launches
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in technical support or production support
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with mobile/laptop devices (iOS/macOS preferred)
- Exposure to video capture or production workflows
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working onsite
Nice to Have
- Device lab or inventory management experience
- Localization or global team support
