Customer Project Manager

I'm working with a cloud-enabled platform that helps companies modernize their telecommunications infrastructure, seeking a Customer Project Manager to join their team!

Location: On-site in Bannockburn 1-2x a month

Salary: $80,000-110,000/yr

About this role:

• Onboard enterprise customers in preparation for the rollout of their product and services.
• Ensures the successful implementation, adoption, and continued satisfaction of the solution.
• Responsible for project planning installation rollouts, hosting status meetings, managing sales order process, and maintaining data entry across multiple business platforms.
• Serves as a liaison across sales, operations, technical support, and installers to facilitate the delivery of implementations.
• Builds strong relationships with customers by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and proactively offering a solution to their challenges.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of consulting, project management, or operational coordination experience.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts related to telco and the high tech, B2B space.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a necessity given need to extract, manipulate, and analyze data in a multi-platform environment.
• Ability to manage challenging customer situations with a positive and proactive mentality.
• Sharp communication skills, characterized by attention to detail, problem solving tactics and a customer first attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous start up environment.
