This role is primarily focused on application administration and production support (70%), with an opportunity to contribute to QA automation initiatives (30%) during downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Application Administration & SRE (70%)
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize application performance, availability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support incident management, problem resolution, and system enhancements
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system stability
- Implement automation to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort
- Manage deployments, configurations, and environment stability across systems
QA Automation (30%)
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts during non-production support periods
- Partner with QA and development teams to improve test coverage and efficiency
- Contribute to continuous integration and testing processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation frameworks and testing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Application Administration or Software Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- 3 years of experience in QA Automation
- 5 years of experience with Java-based development
- 2 years of experience with Shell scripting
- 2–3 years of experience working in Linux/Unix environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
