This company is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support multiple teams in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and delivering high-quality administrative support across departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and logistics (rooms, catering, invites)
- Support administrative ticket requests and cross-functional teams
- Assist with client onboarding, data management, and reporting
- Process invoices, vendor coding, and administrative documentation
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes for employees
- Prepare professional documents, presentations, and communications
- Provide e-filing support for tax and national teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of administrative experience (professional services preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented
