Role Overview
This is a hands-on role responsible for executing, optimizing, and managing digital media campaigns across multiple clients.
You’ll be in ad platforms and dashboards daily, owning budget & performance pacing, while also serving as a reliable, client-facing point of contact.

What You’ll Own
- Campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization across Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest), Paid Search (Google/Bing), Programmatic Display
- Budget pacing and performance monitoring (via Shape/NinjaCat and platform tools)
- Weekly/monthly reporting through dashboards (Looker Studio, etc.)
- Day-to-day client communication and performance updates
- Vendor/platform coordination as needed
- Identification and execution of optimization opportunities
- Supporting senior leadership in strategy rollout
- Full ownership of smaller accounts

Core Requirements (Must-Have)
- 3–5 years in digital/media performance marketing
- Hands-on experience across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to build, launch, and optimize campaigns across 2–3 channels
- Strong understanding of KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA) and optimization levers
- Experience with budget pacing and performance monitoring
- Ability to analyze performance and extract insights (not just report metrics)
- Experience with UTMs, tracking, and basic attribution
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (What Levels You Up)
- Experience owning campaigns or accounts end-to-end
- Background in higher education marketing or lead generation environments
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or CRM platforms (e.g., Slate, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with ETL platforms like Supermetrics or Funnel.IO
- Experience with A/B testing (creative, audiences, landing pages)
- Understanding of full-funnel strategy (awareness-to-conversion)
- Exposure to OTT/CTV, streaming, or programmatic channels
- Experience working with landing pages (e.g., Unbounce) or light creative tools (e.g., Canva)
- Process-oriented mindset; ability to improve workflows and systems
- Early experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
