What does a Recruiter do at Swire Coca-Cola?

This position provides recruitment expertise and guidance to a variety of stakeholders. This role is responsible for the execution of the recruitment strategy and follow-through of attracting a best-in-class and highly motivated work force.
Responsibilities:
- Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business
- Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate requirements and assist in creating effective job postings that attract applicants
- Deliver full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as our applicant tracking system, really, ZipRecruiter, etc., to post open positions and proactively adjust strategies if desired applicant flow is insufficient
- Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
- Guide hiring leaders through the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role
- Partner with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
- Source passive candidates through platforms like really, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required
- 1-2 years Experience working in human resources or recruiting/talent acquisition required
- Knowledge of recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations
- Proficiency in leveraging communication technology (Teams, Zoom, etc.) for conducting candidate interviews
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Familiarity with passive candidate sourcing tools (really, ZipRecruiter, ATS, etc...)
