Job Summary:

The Uniform Attendant manages the distribution, collection, inventory, and maintenance of employee uniforms. This role ensures all staff members receive clean, properly fitting uniforms and that uniform records are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue uniforms to new and existing employees.
• Collect used uniforms for laundering, repair, or replacement.
• Inspect uniforms for damage, cleanliness, and proper condition.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance and returns.
• Monitor uniform inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Organize and store uniforms in a neat and accessible manner.
• Assist employees with uniform sizing and fitting.
• Coordinate with laundry and dry-cleaning services.
• Track lost or damaged uniforms and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company grooming and uniform standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the uniform room or storage area.
  
  

Work Environment:

This position works in a commercial airline catering facility with exposure to cleaning chemicals, water, industrial cleaning equipment, and physically demanding work conditions.
