Job Description:

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Contract)

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to coordinate daily logistical and chemical delivery operations to meet customer requirements for delivery accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations
  • Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and customer requirements to determine priorities and shipping methods
  • Plan and schedule outbound shipments to internal and external customers
  • Support inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution processes
  • Ensure shipments meet required schedules

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments and deadlines
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
