Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Leadership
- Lead the execution of multiple HVAC and automation projects following contract award and project kickoff.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, profitability, and resource allocation.
- Establish project governance structures and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive project milestones and deliverables to achieve customer and business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
- Partner closely with Account Managers to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts.
- Advocate for customer needs while balancing organizational goals and project requirements.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Direct and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
- Coach and mentor team members while supporting their ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, sales, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Build alignment across matrixed teams and ensure clear communication throughout the organization.
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement short- and long-term project and program strategies.
- Manage scope changes and communicate impacts to customers in partnership with Account Management.
- Conduct project reviews, lessons learned sessions, and project closeout activities.
- Identify process improvements and drive operational excellence across projects.
