Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training curriculum and materials using proven adult learning methodologies
- Build realistic training scenarios that mirror production environments
- Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess training needs and define learning objectives
- Create assessments to measure learner performance and program effectiveness
- Deliver instructional programs and facilitate training sessions
- Evaluate and improve existing curriculum, recommending updates to policies and procedures as needed
- Maintain and update training resources and system environments
- Contribute to organizational goals and project completion
- Communicate effectively on complex topics and support leadership with drafted responses
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
