JOB DESCRIPTION:
Call Center reps needed! (No sales are involved). You would be reading Political Surveys and entering answers into a computer. Upon finishing reading surveys, enter results into call-logger and continue. Must be able to read and speak clearly. Previous experience in a call center environment a plus but not required. Role is project-based, and project schedules are communicated prior to start/end of current load. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach out to pre-determined individuals to ask questions and gather survey data.
- Log answers and call notes into internal database for future/planned review and usage.
- Work with others and management on KPI's and call metrics, project-based goals.
- Administrative duties as assigned for data maintenance and upkeep.
- Pay increases after set number of hours worked, based on manager standards.
- Hours traditionally fall between 11am - 5pm (average) M-F, based on workload.
- Ensure workflow is met within expected metrics and KPI's.
