- $30 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Contract - 6 months
- Onsite in Carterville, IL

- Experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or warehouse coordination
- Knowledge of inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution processes
- Ability to manage and process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and shipments accurately
- Familiarity with shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and shipping notices
- Strong organizational skills for warehousing and goods management
- Ability to plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments based on customer and business needs
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing orders and shipping records
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with customer service and internal teams
- Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with logistics or inventory systems
- Coordinates the organization's daily logistical and supply chain operations to meet customer requirements for delivery and accuracy of RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and shipments, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
- Reviews shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, Customer Service requirements, and other records to determine priorities and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
- Organizes warehousing for goods.
- Plans and schedules inbound and outbound shipments to internal or external customers based on needs.
