Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative

Position Details

• Temp to hire opportunity!
• Pay: $15.00/hour
• Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home) - Must reside in Texas.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish (Language assessment required)

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Answer inbound calls from families, applicants, and enrollees
• Assist with applications, eligibility, enrollment, and account maintenance
• Provide information on health plans, payments, and renewals
• Accurately document all interactions in system tools
• Meet quality assurance and performance metrics
• Escalate issues and transfer calls as needed
• Stay up to date with training, policies, and program updates

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience (entry-level friendly)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Training & Schedule

• Training:14 business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Followed by a 10-day nesting period (same hours)
• Attendance:100% attendance required during training and nesting

No time off permitted during this period

• Work Hours:Monday–Friday between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM EST

Must be flexible; closing shift (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST) likelyWork-From-Home Requirements (BYOD)

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload; higher preferred)
• Windows 10 or Mac 10.15 computer
• At least 4 GB RAM (8 GB preferred)
• Minimum 64 GB storage (128 GB preferred)
• Second monitor (required)
• USB or wired headset with microphone
• Smartphone (for system access and authentication)
• Webcam (required for training and meetings)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
