We are seeking a **Customer Support Specialist** to join our client services team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective assistance while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Responsibilities**

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide clear and accurate information about company services and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Document interactions and follow up on open cases
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve issues
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement based on customer feedback

Qualifications

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
