Responsibilities: Be part of a team of product specialists managing critical services from the SWIFT Central Control Centre, operating in a global follow-the-sun model Work in a structured shift-based rota, including regular weekend coverage (approximately 30% of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays) Standard working hours are 08:45–17:15, which shift to 07:45–16:15 during daylight savings periods Be flexible to extend shifts by up to 4 additional hours on occasion, depending on operational needs, particularly during handovers between regions or when supporting incidents in other time zones Participate in day-to-day monitoring and control activities, problem management and change implementation Identify issues and apply procedures and documentation to determine the best course of action, contributing to mitigation and resolution Implement changes to enhance products or mitigate issues affecting services or underlying infrastructure Collaborate with other departments (e.g. network services, software engineering, development teams) to restore service availability and resolve underlying problems Maintain and continuously improve procedures, processes and documentation relevant to supported products Stay up to date with technical and product developments, as well as new monitoring and support requirements Qualifications Bachelor Degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent Basic HP-UNIX / Linux experience and experience with Korn shell script is a plus Good communication skills in verbal and written English Disciplined and process oriented attitude Analytical and methodical in problem investigations and approach Ability to work under pressure and part of a multicultural team This role is particularly well suited to early-career professionals, and we will prioritise candidates with approximately 2 years of experience or less What we offer We give you the freedom to be yourself.
