Payment Services Agent

Seeking a skilled Payment Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of billing and accounting principles, and an understanding of credit and debit. Effective in problem solving, analyzing payment performance, and reconciling account statements. Experience with CRM usage and knowledge of debt settlement processes.


Responsibilities:

• Handle daily calls to and from customers to address and resolve payment issues
• Manage pipeline of assigned clients
• Adjust monthly ACH payments to align with client's ability to pay
• Maintain and update accounts for accurate record keeping
• Use of CRM to review notes and alerts regarding clients
• Ability to provide estimates and exact payoff amounts
• Review documents uploaded in CRM or email inboxes
• Thoroughly explain transactions listed on monthly account statements
• Other duties as assigned to address payment services needs

Requirements:

• Experience as a Payment Services agent or similar role in debt settlement industry
• Knowledge of debt settlement processes
• Familiarity use of CRM software for tracking and monitoring clients
• Ability to engage in effective customer service interactions
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to calculate figures for accurate payments

Compensation Range - $19.00 - $25.00 DOE
