Swift Collision is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role supports our production process by managing parts purchasing, inventory, and returns to keep repairs moving smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Order and track parts from preferred vendors daily
• Manage inventory and eBay sales
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
• Coordinate with estimators and production teams
• Handle returns, credits, and warranty claims
• Keep accurate records in our management system
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in parts coordination or automotive inventory preferred
• Excellent organization and communication skills
