Key Responsibilities
- Order and track parts from preferred vendors daily
- Manage inventory and eBay sales
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with estimators and production teams
- Handle returns, credits, and warranty claims
- Keep accurate records in our management system
- Experience in parts coordination or automotive inventory preferred
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay proactive in a fast-paced environment
