- Pay range: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

- What You'll Do
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage
- Prepare accurate estimates using CCC or similar software according to insurance, fleet, and company guidelines
- Open and manage repair files from start to finish, ensuring all payments are received before closure
- Assign repair plans and coordinate with the Repair Planner and production team
- Maintain thorough documentation, including photos, OEM statements, and customer/insurance forms
- Monitor repair progress, perform quality inspections, and communicate updates to customers and the team
- Assist with estimating needs during staff transitions or high-volume periods
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collision estimating, service writing, or related advisory role
- Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
- Proficiency in automotive estimating software and standard office technology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
