- Pay range: $20–$35 per hour or equivalent flag rate, depending on experience

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform quality repairs on brakes, engines, transmissions, HVAC, suspension, electrical, and more
- Test-drive vehicles and use computerized diagnostic devices
- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Communicate clearly with management about additional repairs or challenges
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Stay open to learning new techniques and growing with the team
- 5 to 10 years of related mechanical experience with a solid work history
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a wide range of vehicle systems
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Pass a background check and drug screen
