What You'll Do
As a Swiderski Sales Consultant, you’ll go beyond the sale to become a trusted partner in your customers’ success. You’ll deliver value through expert knowledge, exceptional service, and a commitment to helping each customer find the most efficient and profitable equipment solutions for their operation.
- Promote and sell construction equipment, as well as after-sales programs & offers; parts; service; and precision solutions offered by Swiderski Equipment
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships based on respect, integrity, and professionalism
- Understand each customer’s business and deliver innovative solutions tailored to their needs
- Provide quotes, follow up on leads, and respond with urgency and purpose
- Represent the Swiderski brand with professionalism and pride

Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a drive to raise the bar
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Solid understanding of construction equipment (ag knowledge is a plus)
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons
Sales experience and industry knowledge are highly valued.
