What You'll Do
- Guide customers through the buying process — from browsing the lot to financing and delivery
- Learn our product lines inside and out so you can match the right unit to the right customer
- Sell both new and pre-owned towable RVs across all brands we carry
- Build long-term relationships — our repeat and referral business is the backbone of our sales floor
- Coordinate with service, F&I, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Compensation
This is an uncapped commission role with a minimum wage guarantee as a safety net. Your earning potential is determined by your effort and your ability to help customers. Top performers earn well into six figures. You'll also receive manufacturer spiff bonuses on qualifying units.
We provide extensive product training and mentorship. You don't need RV experience to succeed here — but you do need a genuine interest in helping people and the discipline to learn the product.

- Self-motivated and dependable
- Willingness to learn RV features, construction, towing, and financing
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic computer use
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
