What You'll Do
- Move vehicles throughout the service department -- pulling cars into service bays, returning vehicles to guests, and repositioning inventory across the lot as directed
- Deliver and retrieve loaner and courtesy vehicles for guests -- representing Mercedes-Benz of Seattle's hospitality standard in every handoff
- Keep the service lane and lot organized and navigable throughout the day -- monitoring vehicle placement and flagging anything that needs attention
- Support service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement during peak hours
- Assist with basic vehicle prep as directed -- fueling, washing, and staging vehicles for service or delivery
- Inspect vehicles during movement and immediately report any visible damage or concerns to the appropriate team member
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
- Reliable and punctual -- the service drive depends on consistent support and the team counts on you being there
- Attentive and careful behind the wheel -- guests are trusting us with their Mercedes-Benz vehicles and the standard of care reflects that
- Professional in every guest interaction -- this is a luxury environment and conduct matters
