Mercedes-Benz of Seattle's service drive operates at high volume with a guest base that expects a seamless, professional experience from the moment they arrive. The Service Porter keeps that operation moving -- pulling vehicles, returning them, staging loaners, and making sure the lane and lot stay organized throughout the day. The service drive only runs smoothly when this role is done right.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move vehicles throughout the service department -- pulling cars into service bays, returning vehicles to guests, and repositioning inventory across the lot as directed

• Deliver and retrieve loaner and courtesy vehicles for guests -- representing Mercedes-Benz of Seattle's hospitality standard in every handoff

• Keep the service lane and lot organized and navigable throughout the day -- monitoring vehicle placement and flagging anything that needs attention

• Support service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement during peak hours

• Assist with basic vehicle prep as directed -- fueling, washing, and staging vehicles for service or delivery

• Inspect vehicles during movement and immediately report any visible damage or concerns to the appropriate team member

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required

• Reliable and punctual -- the service drive depends on consistent support and the team counts on you being there

• Attentive and careful behind the wheel -- guests are trusting us with their Mercedes-Benz vehicles and the standard of care reflects that

• Professional in every guest interaction -- this is a luxury environment and conduct matters

• No automotive experience required -- we'll show you what you need to know
