- You come from luxury hospitality, financial services, retail, or another guest-facing background and you're ready to represent one of the world's most recognized luxury brands to a Maui community that values the experience as much as the vehicle

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth -- understanding what matters to them before presenting any vehicle
- Develop deep Mercedes-Benz product knowledge through paid training -- learning the full lineup, technology features, performance credentials, and the EQ electric portfolio well enough to guide an informed buyer confidently
- Present vehicles and conduct test drives that connect the brand's engineering and design to what each guest actually values
- Build and manage a client pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use -- Maui's MB buyers refer the consultants who take genuine care of them
- Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
- Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI
- Represent Mercedes-Benz of Maui and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction
- No automotive experience required -- paid Mercedes-Benz brand and product training provided from day one
- Luxury hospitality, financial services, high-end retail, or consultative sales experience strongly preferred -- Maui's guest-service culture is world-class and backgrounds built on genuine hospitality translate directly
- Warm, authentic presence -- Maui guests expect a relaxed, unhurried experience and the consultant who matches that while guiding a confident purchase decision earns loyalty that lasts
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of returning clients and referrals on an island where reputation travels fast
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication, or quick to learn them
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- OTE of $50,000 - $150,000 /yr
