The Commercial Vehicle Account Manager is an account management and business development role built on long-term client relationships -- the clients you build here come back for every vehicle, every fleet addition, and every referral they send your way.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts across the greater Portland metro -- contractors, fleet operators, last-mile delivery companies, healthcare organizations, government agencies, and businesses that rely on Sprinter vans
• Develop new commercial business through proactive outreach, referrals, industry networking, and consistent follow-up with prospects across the Pacific Northwest market
• Serve as a trusted, ongoing resource for your commercial clients -- advising on vehicle configuration, upfit options, fleet financing, Mercedes-Benz commercial programs, and service support
• Manage the full commercial sales process from first contact through delivery and beyond -- coordinating with finance, service, and upfitter partners to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain a disciplined CRM practice -- tracking account activity, follow-up cadences, fleet renewal timelines, and client communication history
• Stay current on Sprinter configurations, available upfits, Mercedes-Benz commercial incentive programs, and fleet financing options
• Represent Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville and Swickard's hospitality standard in every client interaction -- commercial buyers remember who took care of them and who didn't
  
  

What We're Looking For

• B2B, commercial, fleet, or account management sales experience preferred -- candidates with strong relationship sales backgrounds from any industry are encouraged to apply
• Commercial vehicle or Sprinter experience a significant plus -- familiarity with van configurations, upfit coordination, and fleet purchasing processes is highly valued
• A relationship-first mindset -- commercial accounts are built over time through consistent responsiveness, genuine follow-through, and delivering on every commitment
• Self-motivated and disciplined -- commercial sales requires proactive outreach, persistent follow-up, and the patience to develop accounts that may take time to close
• Clear, professional communicator -- your commercial clients range from owner-operators to fleet managers at large organizations and you communicate effectively at every level
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication
