What You’ll Do (Your Daily Impact)
You’ll own the vehicle delivery experience from start to finish.
- Deliver new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles with confidence and care
- Walk guests through vehicle features, technology, and Lexus systems
- Ensure paperwork, plates, and accessories are accurate and ready
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Service for smooth handoffs
- Create a relaxed, unrushed, premium delivery experience
- Support strong CSI results through consistency and follow-through
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need automotive experience. You do need the right approach.
- Hospitality or customer-facing experience (retail, hotel, concierge, tech support, etc.)
- Strong communication skills—clear, calm, and professional
- Comfort with technology and digital tools
- High attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
