What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Sales & Finance Manager position at Swickard Auto Group?
Description
Palo Alto, CA | Mercedes-Benz | Premium luxury brand | Hospitality | F&I | Sales Management | Veterans encouraged to apply | $80,000 - $150,000 OTE
Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40 rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.
At Mercedes-Benz of Palo Alto, we serve one of the most sophisticated luxury markets in the country. Our guests are discerning, financially astute, and loyal to people who deliver a premium experience with integrity. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of the sales floor and the finance office -- and the person who fills it will have significant influence over both the guest experience and the store's performance.
THE ROLE
This is a dual-function position for a proven automotive professional who is equally at home desking a deal on the floor and closing it in the finance office.
You'll support sales management responsibilities -- desking deals, coaching consultants, managing floor coverage -- while also handling F&I for your own transactions and assisting with F&I as needed. The scope varies day to day, and the right candidate is comfortable moving between both functions with confidence and composure.
What You'll Do
Silicon Valley guests expect a finance and sales experience that reflects the vehicle they chose -- transparent, precise, and genuinely respectful of their time and intelligence.
If you're a proven performer in both sales and F&I who's ready to take on a high-impact role at a premium brand in one of California's premier markets -- we'd like to meet you.
