What You'll Do
- Move vehicles throughout the service department -- pulling cars into service bays, returning vehicles to guests, and repositioning inventory across the lot as directed
- Deliver and retrieve loaner and courtesy vehicles for guests -- representing Lexus of Fremont's hospitality standard in every handoff
- Keep the service lane and lot organized and navigable throughout the day
- Support service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement during peak hours and busy periods
- Assist with basic vehicle prep as directed -- fueling, washing, and staging vehicles for service or delivery
- Inspect vehicles during movement and report any visible damage or concerns to the appropriate team member immediately
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
- Reliable and punctual -- the service lane depends on consistent support and the team counts on you being there
- Attentive and careful behind the wheel -- you're moving guests' Lexus vehicles and they deserve to get them back exactly as they left them
- Professional and courteous in every guest interaction -- this is a luxury brand and first impressions matter
