- Collaborate with cycle count teams to identify issues and correct inventory.
- Perform root cause analysis on inventory variances and process inefficiencies to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, procurement activities, and stock levels to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Proven experience working with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Knowledge of computer use, software use for inventory count system.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams including logistics, merchandising, procurement, and warehouse staff.
