Sublimation Arts

Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Sublimation Arts & Crafts Creator to produce high-quality custom products—primarily sublimation mugs, magnets, and ornaments—for our Scandinavian-themed retail brands. This role blends hands-on crafting, digital design prep, product assembly, and quality control to ensure every item meets our premium Nordic aesthetic standards.

The ideal candidate is artistic, organized, comfortable with crafting equipment, and excited to help bring unique Scandinavian-inspired designs to life for both in-store and online customers.

Sublimation Production

• Operate sublimation printers, heat presses, mug presses, and related equipment.
• Produce mugs, magnets, ornaments, and small gift items using pre-designed artwork or new custom designs.
• Prepare print files for sublimation, including color matching, layout adjustments, and template alignment.
• Maintain equipment (cleanings, color tests, calibration).

Art & Design Support

• Assist with simple graphic edits and layout preparation (Canva, Photoshop, Affinity, etc.).
• Ensure artwork fits properly on product templates (mugs, rounds, squares, etc.).
• Help brainstorm new seasonal or Scandinavian-themed designs.

Quality Control

• Inspect items for print quality, alignment, color accuracy, and durability.
• Re-press or remake items as needed to meet quality standards.
• Package finished products neatly and consistently for retail or shipping.

Inventory & Workflow Management

• Track blank product inventory (mugs, magnet sheets, ornament blanks, heat-resistant tape, paper, ink).
• Coordinate with store management on product needs and deadlines for events (Fika Fest, Scandinavian Shopping Live, Christmas promotions).
• Organize finished goods for photography, merchandising, and live shopping presentations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
