The Live Shopping Streamer is responsible for co-planning, co-producing, and delivering our weekly Scandinavian Shopping Live broadcast. This role oversees the technical and creative workflow—equipment setup, filming, directing on-air hosts, managing multi-platform social media streams, and editing clips for marketing.
This person ensures the show looks professional, runs smoothly, and generates high-engagement content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and our website.
Key Responsibilities Production & Filming
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and studio equipment
- Maintain and optimize the studio layout (HWY 8 Studios)
- Direct hosts during live broadcasts
- Manage multiple camera angles and switching (OBS, ATEM Mini, etc
- Coordinate and run live streams on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Configure streaming software, overlays, titles, and audio levels
- Troubleshoot live technical issues in real time
- Ensure video and audio quality is consistent and professional
- Cue graphics, lower thirds, product highlights, and transitions
Social Media Live Integration
- Coordinate all social feeds for the show
- Manage comments, engagement, and viewer interaction during the show
- Upload clips and highlight reels
- Maintain stream settings, captions, thumbnails, and metadata
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit video clips for Instagram Reels, tikok, Facebook, and website
- Create product highlight clips and recap videos
- Add branding, logos, subtitles, and calls-to-action
- Organize a content library for reuse across marketing
Show Planning & Coordination
- Work with hosts to plan weekly themes and featured products
- Create rundown sheets, product lists, and segment timing
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment with promotions
- Scout and prepare props, displays, studio layouts
Assist in bundling products and preparing sets for special episodes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
