This position assists with daily operations at The Preserve of Texas by helping with property showings, monitoring the community, and supporting rental and sales activities. The role involves driving the property to verify occupancy, inspecting vacant sites, and helping ensure the property is maintained and ready for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property and RV site showings for prospective renters and buyers
- Use AppFolio to assist customers with gate codes, account balances, and account support
- Drive the property regularly to identify violations, maintenance needs, and ensure community standards are maintained.
- Verify occupancy of RV sites and rentals using systems such as RoverPass and VRBO
- Perform inspections of vacant properties and report maintenance or readiness issues
- Monitor property amenities, including pools, for maintenance needs
- Make sales calls and follow up with leads to rent or sell properties/ vacant land
- Assist residents and prospective buyers with general property questions and support
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Experience using property management software such as AppFolio is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable driving the property regularly to perform inspections and verify occupancy
- Experience with short-term rental platforms is a plus
