Loan Imaging Specialist

This role involves handling and managing the company’s mail and scanning processes, ensuring all outgoing mail is properly posted, and loan files are accurately recorded and stored. It includes overseeing administrative tasks such as managing P.O. Boxes, ordering postage supplies, and managing vendor relations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Pick up and drop off mail at post offices. 
• Create postage for all outgoing mail. 
• Pull and refile loan files as needed. 
• Scan customer and acquisition files. 
• Scan any loose files received from other departments. 
• Record loan documents with corresponding county/state. 
• Prep loan files to be stored in file room. 
• Oversee mail and scanning processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. 
• Gather required documentation for pledged properties. 
• Manage P.O. Boxes for company correspondence. 
• Order postage supplies as needed. 
• Manage vendors and perform administrative duties. 
• Trips to post office & office errands. 
• Other administrative duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma 
• 2 years of relevant work or administrative work
