Provides clerical and administrative support in a school office setting, assisting staff, teachers, and students. Responsibilities include answering phones, organizing documents, preparing materials, and helping maintain a smooth and efficient office environment. Supports daily operations while fostering a welcoming and organized space for learning.
Position: Educational Aide at Elms Road Elementary
Time: 5.75 work hours daily, includes ½ hour unpaid lunch
Preferred Qualifications & Specific Duties:
- Office experience
- Possess basic computer skills, including Google Suite and other programs
- Proficient in creating and updating various reports & spreadsheets
- Exceptional communication skills
- Cafeteria supervision
- Playground supervision
- Assist & coordinate
- Other duties as assigned
- Punctual, regular, & consistent attendance is required
