Daily Duties and Responsibilities

  • Turf Care: Mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs. Edge cart paths, trim grass around trees, and fill divots.
  • Course Set-Up: Cut new hole cups, move tee markers, empty trash cans, and maintain ball washers.
  • Hazard Maintenance: Rake, weed, and edge sand bunkers. Clear debris, fallen branches, and leaves from the course.
  • Plant and Soil Care: Water turf and gardens. Assist with aerating, seeding, fertilizing, and sodding bare spots.
  • Equipment Care: Clean, fuel, and inspect mowers, tractors, and hand tools after use. Report any mechanical problems right away
