Breakfast Chophouse Cook AM

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Cook eggs, meats, pancakes, and other breakfast dishes according to exact recipes and hotel quality standards.
• Buffet & Station Management: Set up, monitor, and restock the breakfast buffet or made-to-order line throughout morning service hours.
• Safety and Sanitation: Follow safe food handling, temperature holding, date marking, and general kitchen cleanliness rules.
• Inventory Control: Monitor food supplies, track waste, and notify management when ingredients need to be reordered.
• Guest Service: Handle special dietary requests and maintain a professional, welcoming attitude when interacting with hotel guests
• In addition to: items requested of you and/or directed by the Food & Beverage Manager or the Kitchen Manager.
