- Proven experience in banking, financial services, or client-facing financial roles
- A track record of driving results in a fast-moving environment
- Sharp attention to detail without sacrificing speed
- Strong verbal and written communication — clear, confident, and concise
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Relentless follow-through and a commitment to finishing strong

- Licensing required: Insurance Series 65 or Series 66
