SVN | Northern Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our Indianapolis team. This is an opportunity for an established commercial real estate professional to grow their business with the resources of a national platform, industry-leading technology, and the support of a collaborative local team.

As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, you will represent businesses, investors, property owners, and tenants throughout Indianapolis and surrounding markets. You’ll leverage your market knowledge and existing relationships to identify opportunities, advise clients, negotiate transactions, and expand your business with the support of an experienced brokerage team.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of commercial properties
• Develop new business and expand existing client relationships
• Leverage industry relationships and market knowledge to identify opportunities
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach
• Analyze market data and properties to develop strategic client recommendations
• Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations
• Advise clients and negotiate transaction terms from initial consultation through closing
• Manage transactions and coordinate with clients and other professionals throughout the process
• Stay informed on market trends and developments to provide informed client guidance
• Build and manage a strong pipeline while continuing to grow your book of business
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Indiana commercial real estate license
• Established commercial real estate experience and a demonstrated track record of success
• Existing industry relationships and/or a strong client network preferred
• Strong business development, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow an independent book of business
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
