What You’ll Do
As the SDR Team Lead, you’ll be both a top individual producer and a coach to a small but mighty team. You’ll set the pace with exceptional outbound execution while supporting new SDRs through training, call coaching, and ongoing development.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to sharpen outreach strategy, refine messaging, and build a repeatable sales development playbook. For top performers, there is a direct promotion path to Account Executive within 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BDRs to consistently exceed pipeline targets.
- Drive your own outbound prospecting and qualification to book high-quality meetings.
- Support new hires through onboarding, shadowing, call feedback, and performance coaching.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to evolve buyer messaging, ICP targeting, and outbound strategies.
- Report on activity and pipeline metrics using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Celebrate wins, identify areas for improvement, and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 2 years in a SaaS BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, or similar role with a strong track record of generating qualified pipeline.
- A Natural Coach: You get energy from helping others grow and leading by example.
- A Top Performer: You consistently hit — or beat — your goals and want to help a team do the same.
- Process-minded: You enjoy improving workflows, dialing in outreach sequences, and sharing best practices.
- Tech-comfortable: You’ve used CRM and outbound tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).
- Career-driven: You’re ambitious, adaptable, and excited about a fast path to AE.
