About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll generate qualified opportunities for the sales team by engaging small- and mid-sized business prospects through outbound outreach and fast-response inbound follow-up. You’ll craft creative outreach sequences, conduct light discovery, and spark conversations that convert into revenue opportunities.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a creative yet metrics-driven environment where curiosity, persistence, and great communication open the door to long-term success in tech sales.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and social channels
  • Qualifying inbound leads quickly and conducting initial discovery conversations
  • Personalizing outreach by industry, role, and use case
  • Booking and confirming meetings for Sales Representatives with strong handoffs and notes
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and managing outreach sequences
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to refine messaging, lead routing, and performance tracking
  • Meeting and exceeding activity and conversion goals

Requirements

  • Full-time availability
