You will be responsible for acting as the face of our team, informing customers on our full range of telecommunications products and services, and closing sales deals!
Responsibilities of a Internet Representative:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective customers by directly meeting with them to assess their situation and needs
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues related to telecommunications products
- Track and report on sales performance metrics with your other Internet Representative team members and management
- Facilitate communication between the Internet Representative team, customers, and client technicians to ensure smooth activation processes for all parties
- With the help of senior Internet Representatives, stay up to date on all industry trends, new technologies, competitor activity, and market activity to be able to provide customers with the most accurate information
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills as a Internet Representative
Qualifications of an Internet Representative:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- Strong communication skills and a background in telecommunications or a client-facing role
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry
- Ability to work cross-functionally with additional teams to align goals, and hit all KPI’s
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
